About Sales and Rental Listings

Cottagecam's offers a sales listing service that is available for both private sales and those listed with an agent through MLS. Cottagecam's  rental listings service is available to property owners and resort operators.

Visitors will be able to access cottage property sales and rental listings in 3 ways:

1. Visitors will be able to browse listings from this sales/rental listings page.

2. Visitors will be able to look for listings by lake if the listing is on one of the lakes in our inventory. They will be able to do this by visiting the aerial photo lake maps and clicking on a link that will show them all sales listings on that lake.

3. If a property's aerial photo is in our inventory, site visitors viewing individual aerial photos will be able to click on a link that connects them to the listing.

Cottagecam can act as a secondary site to market listed properties, offering space for posting images and other details of the property. A link to the agent/seller's primary site is also included.

For cottage renters, identifying a potential rental for the week's vacation in the summer necessarily involves a gamble. Cottagecam aims to provide renters with the greatest amount of information possible in our listings to minimize the risks associated with renting a property, sight unseen. Important and valuable information about local amenities is also offered on each of our lake pages.

Use Cottagecam's library of aerial images of shoreline property to market your listings in print or on websites. Photos are only $39.95 CAD and are provided in high resolutions which are suitable for modifying to meet your marketing needs. If you want to use Cottagecam aerial photos in your sales/rental listings on our site, they are available for use at no extra charge.
